快,只是其中一種效率的表現,未必是成功的代表 一年多前往國內探討發展培訓事業的可能性,發覺市場相當大,需求也相當多,可能因為他們太想提升水平,與國際接軌,不過,奇怪的是:他們大多數都喜歡報讀那些強調很快便有成效的『成功學』課程,當然,他們所謂成功,就是「賺大錢」,連企業培訓的焦點,也多偏重於「訓練員工成為一位能幫公司賺大錢的人」,量度機制就是要達標;及超標。本人絕對讚成賺大錢,只是不能只靠快!因為快會演變成不需付代價和努力,那些報讀快速成功學課程的人,都是期望付了錢,什麼也不用做,坐著就會賺大錢。從低頭一族來的啟示
